I love going to new tracks and i really enjoyed the trip to Anglesey super little track very grippy. The bike ran well for about 5 sessions on the test day then wouldn't start already had a new battery in the week so wasn't that changed regulator cos i had one with me but appears the old girl wasn't charging, 11.4 volts even when running! Mixed day really only 3 laps qualifying! Only 6 lap races (pants) qualified 9th, in the first race had a nice battle with Scott Adam on his factory mid race only to find brakes juddering and fading badly in the last lap and a half thought i was gonna catch him on last lap. After checking brakes out back in the paddock found that one pad had worn down to the metal??? Well my first meeting with the new Thundersports club was at their second round - Oulton Park, well run no problems, could not hear any calls in the paddock but everything seemed to run on time. Went up for warm up on time and got waved straight on to track they dont shut the gate, had to wait a couple of minutes for qualifying (not as bad as NE at Cadwell 13 minutes in holding area). Horrid wet weekend, qualified 12th, Race 1 (only one race) Saturday the first New Era 30 minute race!! 18 laps in wet / drying conditions gambled on inter rear which paid off superbly towards the end of the race as the track dried and gained 6th place. Sunday race 1 wet race 7th place. Race 2 bad tyre choice should have gone inters but went with wets only 9th place, not a bad weekend bike came back in one piece and scored points in every race :)

Well judging by the weather we had on the saturday evening / early sunday morning we all thought it was going to be cancelled, but the sun shone through and race day was upon us.
